As a General Production Worker, you will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, efficiently managing the processes involved in manufacturing order-specific profiles. From handling raw materials to conducting quality checks and packaging the finished product, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth production operations.
Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines.
• Complete line/equipment starts in a timely manner.
• Perform color and tool changeovers while operating profile lines following established procedures.
• Conduct quality checks to meet client specifications for color, pattern, length, and width.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, extrusion, and machine operation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment.
• Manufacturing experience with measurements, assembly, and inspection.
• Ability to read rulers and use measurement tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to act with minimal supervision.
• Capability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work in a team-based environment with team-level decision-making.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $24.86/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
