Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team with the onboarding and integration activities. This role will assist with marketing operations, coordination of onboarding deliverables, website content organization, and execution of marketing materials and communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Basic graphic design experience and the ability to work within established templates is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing team with onboarding activities
• Support AdTrax submissions and related marketing compliance processes
• Organize and maintain website content updates and documentation
• Coordinate and execute welcome kit materials and distribution
• Assist with the development and execution of onboarding marketing deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and communications
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across marketing materials and content
• Provide general marketing coordination and administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of marketing coordination or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related tools
• Experience supporting marketing operations, onboarding, or project coordination activities
• Basic graphic design skills preferred, including the ability to work within branded templates
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

The base range for this contract position is $20-$40 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
