Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to determine individualized treatment plans, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is client-focused and goal-oriented.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to the specific needs of your clients.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse range of clients who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a counselor, your empathetic approach will facilitate a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering an atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
