Delegating Nurse / Registered Nurse (RN), Case Manager / Delegating Nurse Location: Annapolis, Crofton, Glenn Bernie, Odenton, Edgewater, Pasadena, surrounding areas Responsibilities Assess the ability of residents to self-medicate Oversee and supervise medication administration for facility staff Ensure adherence to applicable state and federal medication management regulations Conduct periodic evaluations for residents who self-medicate Deliver required in-service training, skills assessments, and competency verification to staff Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Maryland Case Manager/Delegating Manager (CM/DM) certification is a must CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, strong communication, and compassion Clean criminal record Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure Flexible scheduling, variety of assignments and work-life balance Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
