Position: Blow Mold Operator


Location: Manufacturing Facility
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
Competitive Pay Based on Experience

What You'll Do:


As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products. Daily responsibilities include:


Set up and operate blow molding machines according to production specifications
Monitor machine settings, temperatures, and production cycles
Start and maintain material flow and cooling systems
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Remove molded products and trim excess material as needed
Regrind and recycle scrap material
Maintain machine cleanliness and organized work areas
Keep production materials stocked and readily available
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:


Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
