This hands-on role is perfect for someone eager to learn the HVAC trade, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism.What you will do:Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessoriesLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sitesUse hand and power tools to support installation workMaintain a clean and organized job site during and after each projectFollow instructions from lead installer and supervisorsLearn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install manualsAdhere to all company safety standards and proceduresRepresent the company in a professional manner on customer propertiesAssist with equipment start-up and job completion tasksWhat you bring:High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and reliable transportationAble to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environmentsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learnMust pass background check and drug screening6+ months of HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience preferredHVAC trade school or vocational training is a plusEPA certification or willingness to obtainWhy join this team?Medical insurance (including dental and vision)401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysLife and Disability insuranceOn-going training and development and growth opportunitiesLocation: Bulverde, TexasPosted Max Pay Rate: USD $18.00/Hr.Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $15.00/Hr.
