Build an upbeat culture that keeps retention high. P&L & Financial Growth: Take ownership of store profitability. Control labor and COGS, manage inventory, and execute strategies to drive sales and check averages. Operational Excellence: Maintain top standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction during peak lunch and dinner hours. Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to food safety protocols, local health regulations, and brand execution standards. Position Requirements Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Proven Management Experience: 2–4+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant (Quick-Service / QSR strongly preferred). Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success controlling labor costs, managing COGS, and reading P&L statements. Leadership Drive: A hands‑on leader who coaches by example, handles peak rush hours with composure, and knows how to motivate a team. Certifications: ServSafe® Manager Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand, walk, and lead on the sales floor during peak meal periods. Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperature ranges and handling common food allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during inventory routines.
