Job Description
The Plumbing Supervisor oversees small teams of 3-5 members to ensure efficient and high-quality plumbing project execution. This role involves planning, supervising, and managing plumbing operations while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between the team and management to meet project goals within budget and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide small plumbing teams (3-5 members)
- Create Estimates for Smaller projects
- Plan and coordinate project activities and schedules
- Ensure quality control of all plumbing workmanship
- Manage safety protocols and compliance on job sites
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Oversee budget and material usage for projects
- Conduct training sessions for team members
- Perform inspections to verify standards and specifications
- Manage procurement and inventory of plumbing materials
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of plumbing experience
- Associate degree in Plumbing Technology or related field
- Plumbing Contractor License
- Experience Estimating
- Expertise in plumbing systems and installations
- Strong team leadership and project management skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Commitment to quality control practices
