Shift Manager

Job Title Franchise Notice This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Starting Pay Starting pay for this position is $15.00/hr. Responsibilities Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers. Ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift. Take action to meet McDonald’s standards and maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Monitor safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager and prepare them for a great shift. Help assigned Departments meet their goals and meet shift targets. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older.
