Fashion & Tech Pack Designer

I am an emerging designer launching a premium women’s luxury pret and fusion wear brand. The brand identity is heavily inspired by high-end, intricately detailed luxury fashion houses (such as the craftsmanship, delicate silhouettes, and heavy embroidery of brands like ÉLAN.pk, Anita Dongre, and Sania Maskatiya).

I am looking for an experienced, high-caliber Fashion Designer to collaborate with me on a **one-time, fixed-project basis** to bring my very first capsule collection of **3 to 5 statement pieces** to life.

**Project Scope & Deliverables:**

1. **Design Concepts & Silhouettes:** Create beautiful initial design sketches, mapping out color palettes and high-fashion structures.
2. **Surface & Embroidery Design:** Digitally map out placements for intricate surface ornamentation, luxury embroidery patterns, and delicate fabric finishes.
3. **Factory-Ready Tech Packs:** Develop complete, production-grade Tech Pack PDFs including technical flat drawings, detailed measurement spec charts, and exact fabric/trim callouts. Includes 2-3 rounds of adjustments if needed.

Our goal is to take your completed Tech Pack blueprints directly to an FPP manufacturer in India for immediate sampling and production.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in specialized women's apparel design, premium ethnic wear, or luxury pret.
* Deep knowledge of handling delicate fabrics (lawn, organza, tulle, silk) and engineering complex embroidery patterns.
* Ability to deliver factory-ready, precise Tech Packs that require zero guesswork from manufacturers. Includes 2-3 rounds of revisions if needed
