Collections Manager

We’re looking for an experienced collections leader who can take full ownership of building our collection operations and finally bring order, automation, and strategy to an area we’ve really neglected. You’ll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, programs, and systems that ensure customers pay what they owe fairly, efficiently, and at scale. Wage: $250,000/year 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees Annual review with raise option 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. We help our customers create their entire business identity in minutes. We help them create their LLC, address, phone number, email, domain, and website all in open source methods so they own them, not get stuck with high bills from proprietary profit hungry corporations.
