We are seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to lead first-shift operations within a high-volume retail and E-Commerce distribution center. This strategic leadership role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, quality, and returns, while building a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead through influence, develop high-performing leaders, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of department managers and front-line operations teams. Drive performance across safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and service metrics. Build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Partner cross-functionally with Planning, IT, Field Operations, Human Resources, and staffing partners to achieve business objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer service. Translate strategic priorities into operational execution and measurable business results.
