Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and teacher, guiding patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities. You collaborate with peers, refer patients as needed, and adapt to patient needs across settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a related master’s plus a bachelor's in PT. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Foreign degree must be evaluated to U.S. equivalent in Physical Therapy.
