What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience highly preferred
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
• Dedication to supporting diverse student populations

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of communication challenges
• Regularly document progress, maintain compliance with IEP requirements, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support holistic educational outcomes
• Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices
