Our service area covers Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Inver Grover, Eagan, Bloomington, Hastings, Rosemount, Farmington, Cannon Falls, and more! Salary & Benefits: Competitive pay Direct deposit weekly Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules Employee recognition and bonus programs Responsibilities: Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Provide personal care to clients as needed Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts Qualifications: Valid drivers license A reliable vehicle to get to and from client's residence Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills You must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test. Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist and stoop.
