Marketing Coordinator

Titan Factory Direct San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Join a Fast-Growing Marketing Team Titan Factory Direct is looking for a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of digital marketing, content creation, technology, videography, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Digital Marketing & Website Management Update and manage home inventory listings on the company website Maintain accurate pricing, photos, descriptions, and availability Make website edits and assist with SEO improvements Help improve online visibility and lead generation efforts Content Creation & Videography Assist with filming marketing content including: Home walkthroughs Customer testimonials Promotional videos Social media content Travel occasionally to sales centers, customer homesites, and events for content capture Marketing Coordination Update and manage Apple Business, Google Business, and Bing Business profiles Coordinate marketing material and supply orders for retail locations Pick up materials or items from vendors when needed Assist the marketing team with campaigns, projects, and daily operations Administrative Support Order and organize office supplies Coordinate company awards and miscellaneous operational tasks Support additional marketing and administrative projects as assigned What We're Looking For Strong computer and technology skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and eager to learn Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with websites, SEO, or digital marketing platforms preferred Basic videography and video editing experience Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Additional Requirements Must complete an on-site assessment demonstrating marketing knowledge and general competency Must be comfortable traveling locally when needed for marketing projects Compensation & Benefits Starting compensation of $50,000+ based on experience Benefits include: BCBS Medical Insurance Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k) with Company Match PTO & Paid Holidays Mileage Reimbursement Ongoing Training & Growth Opportunities Why Titan Factory Direct Titan Factory Direct is one of the fastest-growing housing companies in Texas.
