Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Huntsville, AL, with a mix of in-office responsibilities and remote work flexibility. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing training and support to clients. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive sales growth within the assigned territory
• Provide training and support to clients on products and sales strategies
• Manage the end-to-end sales process
• Identify new business opportunities within the territory
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in sales and sales management, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage accounts
• Experience in training to educate clients and team members on products and sales strategies
• Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in a sales or territory management role is strongly preferred

Education Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
