Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This opportunity is for a hospital facility in Clinton, IA. Candidates should expect a clinical environment with opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to patient diagnostic care. Minimum Requirements: National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. Client requires prior hospital-based experience. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Experience with diagnostic ultrasound modalities and routine vascular, abdominal, and obstetric protocols preferred. Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekend and weekday evening rotations as required by the client (as noted in order information). Preferred Qualifications Additional ARDMS specialty credentials preferred. Experience with PACS and electronic medical record systems preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 0900-1730.
