Your Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, request necessary diagnostic tests, and create personalized care plans
• Diagnose and address urgent, episodic, or long-term health issues in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (subject to credentialing)
• Educate patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and management of diseases
• Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Engage in patient follow-up and chronic care coordination
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, cohesive care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Needed

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a relevant specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
