The Surf Shack, located in the beautiful coastal town of Narragansett, RI, is looking for a skilled bartender to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment and have a knack for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

As a bartender at The Surf Shack, you'll be the heart of our bar operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, local favorites, and custom creations.
- Delivering excellent customer service by engaging with guests and recommending drink options.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Managing bar inventory and assisting with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

We’re searching for someone who brings expertise and enthusiasm to the role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintaining a high standard of service.
- The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
