This position is an integral part of ensuring every aspect of the client experience exceeds expectations. This individual will focus on building and establishing new client relationships in addition to providing advisory services and support to current clients at the highest level. This individual will have the ability to skillfully navigate hard/emotional client conversations in a solutions-focused manner. They will have enough life and client experiences to be relatable to their clients. They can handle the largest, most complex and demanding clients. This individual will demonstrate strong leadership skills. Business Development will become more of a priority as this individual will have a well-formed and active COI network. They will show continuous effort in proven return-on-investment activities. They will be willing and able to teach and present the firms Core Values and Core Focus in any setting with ease./ppFully understand and ability to lead/present the Proven Process/ppUnderstand Bucketing, Investment and Tax Strategies utilized/ppDemonstrate exceptional active listening skills while providing education to clients during Discovery and Clarification meetings/ppProven ability to attract new clients to the firm/ppCollaborate proactively, professionally and effectively with team members from other offices/ppProvide excellent client service independently and efficiently/ppEffectively prepare for client meetings with team/ppLead and present entire client meeting/ppDelegate service items and communicate next steps to entire service team to ensure client needs are met and tasks taken care of./ppDemonstrate proficiency and adaptability to technology, proficient in CRM and Financial Planning software and ability to stay current on new tools available/ppSkillfully navigate hard/emotional client conversations/ppCommunicate relatable life and client experiences/ppHandle largest, most complex and demanding clients/ppProactive approach to client needs/ppDevelop Crucial Conversation and Active Listening skills/ppAbility to prioritize clients Top of Mind items during client meetings/ppEmpathetic and genuine care for clients, their families and circumstances/ppKnowledgeable and effective with complex client situations/ppUnrelenting determination to do whats best for client/ppActively source new opportunities and build client base/ppSource and leverage new opportunities from existing client book/ppDevelop and present plan for creating a COI network/ppHas an existing and active COI network/ppCreate/Sustain a plan for business development, working with our team on new ways to engage communities we serve and expand our reach./ppAbility and willingness to teach and present/ppMentor to Associate Wealth Advisors, Client Service Associates and rest of team/ppKeep up to date with relevant financial planning news/ppMaintain all professional Continuing Education and training requirements/ppDemonstrates strong leadership skills/ppDemonstrates mastery in technology and financial planning/ppParticipate in internal meetings/ppDevelop quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/ppAdhere to Compliance policies and procedures/ppWe require our team members to work a majority of their time in office. Some travel may be required/ppExperience working with HNW and Ultra HNW clients/ppAn existing and established book is not necessary but will be considered in overall compensation/ppClean U-4 and U-5 history/ppComputer literacy and aptitude for learning new programs and processes:/ppKnowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), required/ppKnowledge of Financial Industry programs (Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, MoneyGuide), preferred/ppExcellent interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills/ppExcellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation/ppA genuine interest in serving and caring for other people/ppExcellent organizational and time management skills/ppAbility to be present and on time for client meetings/ppSelf-motivation and a desire for growth/ppAbility to take direction and a desire to support all team members/pp5+ years investment advisory experience/ppCFP or CFA preferred/ppActive Series 65 or 66 license/ppBachelors degree in finance or related field, preferred/ppIn exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment. Total compensation may be higher based on variable compensation opportunities tied to individual performance and business results .
