Senior construction superintendent

job summary:
Our client is seeking a high-caliber Senior Field Superintendent in Huntsville, AL to command the helm of dynamic commercial and industrial projects. If you excel at driving site operations, leading multi-disciplinary crews, and translating complex plans into flawless physical builds on schedule and budget, this is your stage.

• Team Management: Managing workforce planning and productivity across all onsite crews.

• Operational Oversight: Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets to manage project documentation, cost control, and rigorous construction schedules.

• Subcontractor Coordination: Direct all carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors to ensure seamless phase transitions.

• Safety & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA 30 standards and internal quality requirements to maintain a zero-incident environment.

• Experience level: Manager
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

• Construction (8 years of experience is required)
