Pay & Benefits Increased skilled visit rates OASIS Start of Care - $160 per visit Flexible scheduling - build your day around your life Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Mileage reimbursement Ongoing education and professional development Supportive clinical leadership and administrative team What You'll Do As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including: Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plan Improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence Conducting home safety assessments and recommending adaptive equipment or home modifications Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and mobility Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to maximize safety and function Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation Every day is different, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, individualized care that helps them remain safely at home.
