Maintenance Manager

Overview Maintenance Manager role based at our Leominster facility. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, leading maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and maintenance professionals Oversee all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution through the CMMS system Drive equipment reliability initiatives involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated systems Support troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available to support operations Partner with production and operations teams to align maintenance priorities with business goals Assist with programming modifications for robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment as needed Develop and implement standard operating procedures and maintenance best practices Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, quality, and cost reduction Manage hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and employee development activities Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and maintenance leadership experience 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer products, automotive, chemical, or related industries Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotics, and automation systems Experience utilizing CMMS platforms such as MP2, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar systems Proven track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and root cause analysis methodologies Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is highly preferred Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills Why join us Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Stable, growing organization with nationwide operations Significant opportunity for career growth and advancement Collaborative leadership team committed to continuous improvement and employee development #J-18808-Ljbffr
