Integrated Evidence Generation Therapeutic Area Lead, Inflammation & Immunology

Lead integrated evidence generation strategy for the Inflammation & Immunology therapeutic area, connecting clinical programs, real-world evidence, and patient research across the product lifecycle. Partner with medical teams, regulatory functions, and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact evidence supporting product development, regulatory approval, and market access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide evidence strategy across the Inflammation & Immunology therapeutic area and product lifecycle
• Establish scientific leadership in real-world evidence, epidemiology, and data science innovation internally and externally
• Influence regulatory, health technology assessment, payer, and stakeholder decisions through scientific engagement
• Build and lead diverse scientific teams with focus on talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability
• Ensure operational excellence, accountability, and measurable outcomes through performance metrics and strategic frameworks

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, MS) in epidemiology, outcomes research, medicine, public health, statistics, or related field
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical, academic, medical, or evidence-generation experience
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary scientific teams in complex matrix environments
• Experience developing and executing evidence strategy for late-phase, post-approval, or real-world programs
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, MHRA, or other global regulatory evidence expectations
• Proficiency with AI tools including generative technologies and understanding of responsible AI practices

Compensation: $274,000–$456,600 base annual salary, plus 30% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
