Event & Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking a highly motivated Event Assistant to manage day-of event operations and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for our clients and attendees. As an Event Assistant, you will be the friendly face representing our brand, providing essential information about our clients and programs while maintaining smooth event logistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-of event details to guarantee flawless event execution

• Greet and engage with attendees, providing accurate information about clients and programs

• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed

• Adapt quickly to changing situations and respond to diverse customer needs with empathy and professionalism

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality

• Previous customer service or event support experience preferred

• Strong English communication skills—verbal, reading, and writing (bilingual skills are a plus)

• Ability to connect with various personalities and maintain a positive attitude

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills; ability to work independently

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must be at least 18 years old
