What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves Provide strong consultations and excellent client service Maintain a clean, organized, professional workstation Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals Keep your station clean, stay on schedule, and support a positive team environment What We’re Looking For Must be a Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist in Wisconsin Strong technical skills with men’s cuts, fades, and detailing Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Who We Are Diesel Barbershop isn’t your typical barbershop — we’re busier, louder, and built around team culture.
