Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Muskogee, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $39.78 – $59.68/hour
Incentives: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + $10,000 Relocation Assistance

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality clinical care by evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy interventions. This role involves managing a patient caseload, progressing treatment plans, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in line with productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Initiate, administer, and progress therapy treatments based on patient needs
• Set functional goals and modify treatment plans as progress is achieved
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily patient charges
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Delegate tasks to support staff (e.g., PTAs) as appropriate
• Participate in training, mentoring, and onboarding of new staff or students
• Maintain clinical knowledge through continuing education and in-service participation

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility (Temporary Letter of Authorization accepted)
• 0–6 months of related experience (new graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting
