MERCHANDISE SPECIALIST & OFFICE ASSISTANT LOCATION: Fort Mill, SC Family owned & operated jewelry vendor based outside of Charlotte, NC. Looking for a genuine team player who is motivated to support internal & external partners, set up styles and assist with day to day operations. Job Responsibilities Style set up across multiple accounts Purchase order creation & maintenance Sample management Internal – incoming samples from overseas External – approvals and shipments to & from accounts Organizing in house samples Cross-functional collaboration with overseas and domestic partners to ensure on time and accurate shipping Follow through and follow up with multiple business partners daily & weekly Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem solving: identify where there is an issue and suggest solutions Attention to detail Work with a sense of urgency Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Ability to work autonomously Juggle competing priorities with ease Be a team player, with ability to work in a highly collaborative environment Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Ability to learn new technologies Willingness to take on new projects Previous corporate retail experience Jewelry knowledge and/or experience Familiarity with shipping & logistics #J-18808-Ljbffr
