The Black Horse Pike Regional School District has an opening for a 12 Month Office Staff position at Timber Creek High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Knowledge of current computer software and office equipment.
3. Good communication skills in dealing with pupils, parents, school staff, and the public in general.
4. Ability to work well with others.

REPORTS TO: Administrator/Supervisor

JOB GOAL: Perform office duties to the best of your ability, and be knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to your office/department.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPECIALIZED OFFICE POSITIONS:

1. Compose and handle routine correspondence as directed.
2. Perform office tasks as needed.
3. Demonstrate skills in all current office equipment.
4. Answer telephone/switchboard and receive visitors.
5. Demonstrate trustworthiness with respect to confidential matters.
6. Transcribe dictation as needed.
7. Arrange teacher coverage with substitutes.
8. Support Principal's secretary in all assigned work.
9. Perform all other duties as assigned.

GENERAL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Receiving visitors, mail, answering phone, scheduling meetings, e-mail, copying, faxing, scanning, laminating, filing, internet research, supplies and inventory.
Willing to be re-assigned to other areas when needed.


TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time; Twelve (12) months, July 1 to June 30.

EXPERIENCE: Prior office experience preferred.

Salary based on experience on the district Salary Guide - $38,000 - $64,306.
