Just For Me Family Center is looking for a dedicated and reliable Lead 2-Year-Old Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who understands toddler development and is passionate about creating a structured, nurturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a classroom of 2-year-old children in a safe, engaging environment

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on activities

• Support language development, social skills, and independence

• Guide children through daily routines (meals, transitions, toileting, nap time)

• Use positive guidance techniques to support behavior and emotional growth

• Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom

• Communicate effectively with families and team members

Position Expectations

• Provide consistent supervision and ensure child safety at all times

• Create a structured yet flexible classroom environment

• Support children through big emotions and developmental milestones

• Maintain daily reports and clear communication with families

• Work collaboratively with staff and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred

• Wisconsin Registry credentials (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong understanding of toddler behavior and development

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
