Advanced Practice Provider

CVS Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. You’ll educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care, utilize evidence-based guidelines, and document accurately in the EMR.
