What you will do: Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Guarantee exceptional experiences for guests through courteous service. Perform a variety of hotel cleaning duties to keep rooms pristine, following established standards. Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs. Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested. Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a proactive, service‑oriented attitude. Promote a positive work environment at all times. Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) may be required. Responsibilities (Spanish): Mantener un ambiente limpio y positivo. Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Positive, resolutive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service.
