Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Olympia Emergency Care Physicians (OECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for experienced Advanced Practice Providers (ARNP or PA-C) to join our group. Minimum Experience Required: Completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship or 2 years of Emergency Medicine Experience OECP offers a competitive compensation package, plus benefits for full-time providers that includes: Tiered compensation package base based on experience($68.00-$88.00 hourly) Eligible for quarterly patient experience/RVU performance bonus after 6 months Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability insurance is offered to employees at no cost; with the option to purchase additional coverage for spouse, dependents, or family. This allows for easy access to skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. Olympia is within a few hours of some of the world’s best wineries.
