Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for multiple full-time openings in Brenham, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking a stable schedule, guaranteed hours, and the ability to make a meaningful impact while providing quality care to individuals in a long-term care setting.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM (3 openings)

Evening Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM (5 openings)

Night Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM (2 openings)

All shifts include a 30-minute meal break. Nurses are expected to work 40 hours per week and 3 weekends per month.

Orientation & Training

Selected candidates must attend all required New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education sessions Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for approximately two weeks.

Requirements

Current, active, and unencumbered LVN/LPN license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Commitment to a 6-month assignment

Ability to begin work immediately upon completion of onboarding requirements

Additional Information

Immediate start opportunities available, with tentative start dates beginning as early as June 22, 2026.
