Landscaper Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Landscaper for our client in the Owego, NY area. This position is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and cleanliness of the property and equipment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors and around industrial equipment. Responsibilities Mow grass and maintain landscaped areas. Perform weeding and shrub maintenance. Wash company equipment, including forklifts and semi-truck cabs. Clean exterior building surfaces, including windows and light fixtures. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized yard area. Potentially operate a bobcat to sweep the yard if qualified and approved by the company. Potentially operate a scissor lift to clean interior walls and banners if qualified and approved by the company. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery. Previous groundskeeping, maintenance, or equipment operation experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment. The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $16.50/hr, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
