Overview Engineering Project Manager - National Engineering Team at HGA. HGA, a nationally recognized architectural, engineering, and planning firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our ever growing national engineering team. Engineering Design and Construction who is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and highperformance buildings. What you’ll do Lead multidisciplinary project teams across multiple office locations. Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships. Guide engineering design efforts from concept through construction. Collaborate closely with industry-leading experts in architecture, sustainability, and design innovation. Advance HGA’s mission of delivering design excellence and forwardthinking solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with Principal in evaluation of project requirements and help negotiate an acceptable owner-architect agreement including the fee and time schedule. Develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets for each project and monitor project costs, completion status against budget schedules/timeframes. Oversee all correspondence and pertinent documents, ensuring accuracy, signing or obtaining signatures, and seeking legal counsel as appropriate. Coordinate review and evaluation of contractor bids and work with Principal so that award recommendation can be submitted to owner. Provide day-to-day leadership in the absence of and as delegated by the Principal and/or Practice Group Leader, keeping lines of communication open with all office management leaders and assisting with preparation of client billings prior to submittal for signature.
