Make an Impact.We're looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) across industrial construction and manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leadership, engineering, construction, and field teams to strengthen quality, compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.What You'll DoLead, implement, and continuously improve the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)Manage ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and corrective/preventive actionsOwn document control for SOPs, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templatesLead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues and nonconformancesPartner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve processesDevelop and track quality metrics and use data to identify improvement opportunitiesLead process improvement initiatives across multiple locations and operationsProvide training and coaching to reinforce quality standards and accountabilityWork with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as neededWhat You Bring10+ years of progressive experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, specialty contracting, or a similar project-based environmentProven experience implementing and managing a QMSStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, document control, and process improvementExperience developing SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and controlled documentationStrong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams at all levelsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeWhy This Role?This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical quality function and help shape how an organization operates.
