Specialty Representative - BYU Brigham Young University - United States Field Worker

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative to serve as the primary customer contact for demand creation in a designated territory. The role involves executing marketing strategies, communicating clinical and economic benefits of pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets while managing customer accounts and reimbursement issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and deliver branded sales messages to healthcare customers
• Schedule and conduct medical educational programs while tracking follow-up activities
• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets through Plan of Action implementation
• Manage customer accounts, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Develop territory plans collaboratively with District Manager and provide marketing feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Or associate's degree with 4+ years sales/healthcare clinical experience
• Or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years sales/healthcare clinical experience
• Sales planning and organizing capability
• Clinical knowledge and technical expertise in pharmaceutical field
• Ability to communicate clinical and economic product benefits effectively

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base salary annually
