We're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mission critical data center construction projects in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This leadership role is responsible for driving safe, high-quality electrical installations while managing field personnel, subcontractors, schedules, and daily project execution from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day electrical construction activities on mission critical data center projects.
• Direct field crews, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Develop manpower plans, sequencing strategies, and productivity goals to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and installation logistics to minimize downtime.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, contract documents, and NEC requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and Commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Conduct daily planning meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch list completion, and final project turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or mission critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
• Experience leading large field crews and coordinating multiple subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, manpower, and field productivity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data center construction experience is highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

• Project-based onsite role
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on project schedules.
