Welder (MIG Stainless and mild Steel) - Full benefits

Location: Winsted MN

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1st shift (Flexible schedule)

We are looking for a Welder to join a fabrication team building custom equipment for the fertilizer industry. This is not a production roleyou will work on custom projects using stainless steel MIG welding.

• Perform MIG welding on stainless and mild steel
• Weld parts such as bins, pipes, sheet metal, and structural components
• Read and follow blueprints and welding drawings
• Weld in different positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Work in and around large tanks and confined areas
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Keep your work area clean and safe

• MIG welding experience or welding school training
• Ability to weld stainless and mild steel
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• Ability to work in a fabrication shop environment

• Work on custom, one-of-a-kind projects
• No repetitive production welding
• Laid-back shop environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winsted, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
