Salary Range: $50,000-$54,000

What You'll Do:
- Analyze program and communication results to uncover trends and opportunities specific to Louisville's market.
- Ensure program performance aligns with corporate billing terms-accuracy matters!
- Track and report on key metrics to keep leadership informed and ahead of the curve.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies, driving process improvements that elevate execution.
- Collaborate with corporate and local teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports that make data easy to understand and act on.
- Jump into ad hoc projects that support big-picture business goals.
- Maintain clean, accurate customer and lead data in our CRM for forecasting and tracking.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong communicator who can make complex insights simple for any audience.
