Business Analyst I

We are hiring a Business Analyst I to support our client's project. This position develops, refines, and executes clear, targeted communications across all stakeholder levels of the project. This position drafts technical briefing packages, town hall presentations, and executive updates in collaboration with the client team. This position is hybrid and is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week in Bethesda, Maryland. This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. What You Will Do Develop high-impact technical briefing materials, slide decks, executive summaries, and roadshow presentations. Draft quarterly updates with template messaging for waterfall distribution across leadership. Prepare targeted communications for IT staff and end-users. Coordinate logistics and presentation materials for town halls, live Q&A sessions, and leadership roadshows. Maintain controlled collaboration structures on MS Teams and SharePoint for working products, FAQs, and playbooks. Ensure all communication products adhere to guidelines. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or related field. 3–5 years of experience writing, editing, and designing communications materials for federal technology programs. Exceptional technical writing skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain, engaging language. Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint publishing. Experience coordinating multi-channel communication campaigns and executive town halls. Active PIV Card / Badge or immediate eligibility for Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications & Certifications Prior experience developing communications for scientific research audiences.
