Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program, or foreign equivalent when applicable. Required for licensing when obtained on or after January 2016. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per facility policy. AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required. ICU experience preferred but not required. Two years of physical therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: . Workweek: 5x8 schedule.
