Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator responsible for managing clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, and acting as a liaison between patients, physicians, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and enroll research participants, obtaining informed consent.
• Ensure strict compliance with research protocols and federal regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive, updated files on all ongoing IRB studies.
• Manage timelines for annual IRB renewals and closures.
• Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) with site management and follow-up calls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing clinical trial operations and maintaining a Manual of Operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal research regulations and IRB processes.
• Experience in screening participants and executing the informed consent process.
• Experience securely handling protected study data and utilizing REDCap.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and follow-up calls.
