Work Arrangement: Hybrid Director of Real Estate: Hybrid in DallasWe are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed company looking for a proven facilities and corporate real estate leader to take full ownership of its nationwide office portfolio. Your experience leading remodels, relocations, and lease processes, combined with your ability to lead with minimal direction, will help you shine in this role. Build the function your way, partner directly with executive leadership, and make a name for yourself at an industry leader!What you’ll do:Own the strategy, planning, budget, and day-to-day operations for a nationwide, multi-location office portfolioLead office buildouts, remodels, relocations, consolidations, and expansions from planning through executionManage the full lease lifecycle, including site selection, renewals, negotiation support, and lease reassignments tied to acquisitionsServe as the facilities and real estate point of contact for acquisitions, integrating new offices to brand standardsManage relationships with brokers, landlords, contractors, architects, and office services vendorsBuild the processes, policies, and playbooks that bring consistency across every locationLead and develop a Facilities CoordinatorWho you are:8+ Years of progressive facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate experience3+ Years of leadership experience managing teams, vendors, contractors, or cross-functional projectsMUST HAVE corporate experience managing multiple office locationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredA strong communicator and relationship builder who is comfortable traveling 25% to 30% of the timeWhy work here?Own It: This is your function to build, with the autonomy to set the process and the standard!Room to Grow: A clear path from Director to VP, with plans to add to your team as the portfolio expands!Inspiring Management: People work for people, and these are great people to work for! Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
