- Achievement of individual sales goals through consistent performance and client engagement.
- Completion of in home design consultations that generate new opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Strong client satisfaction results that reflect an exceptional and seamless experience.
- Accurate and consistent management of client information and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Contribution to showroom standards and teamwork that supports overall store performance.
