Contractor Behavioral Health Counselor II — Flexible Schedule

The Center for Research & Health Equity (CRHE) is seeking a Counselor II to deliver behavioral health services under clinical supervision in outpatient programs (OP, IOP, PHP) in Delaware. This is an independent contractor (1099) role based at CRHE clinical locations, with in‑person service delivery and telehealth only after orientation and approval.
