With more than 20 years of experience , Dental Dreams is dentist-owned and operated by our original founding dentist . Our decisions are made from a dentist's perspective, with a focus on providing excellent patient care while giving our doctors the tools, support, mentorship, and autonomy they need to thrive.

We’re investing in the right dentist from day one.

In addition to the sign-on bonus, our compensation structure includes:

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee
• 35% of production
• $290,000–$350,000+ average compensation for full-time dentists
• Strong earning potential based on clinical production

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning
• A full patient schedule
• The ability to diagnose and treat a broad range of general dentistry needs
• Discretion over dental supplies and instruments

We’re looking for a dentist who is committed to providing excellent patient care and wants to grow professionally in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
• Current or future dental license
• Strong commitment to quality patient care
• Desire to provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
