Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. is seeking full-time Financial / CACs to assist patients in obtaining healthcare coverage and financial assistance by determining eligibility and guiding enrollment. Training to obtain CAC certification will be provided after hire. Candidates may be CAC-certified or eager to pursue certification. Role involves assessing eligibility for Access Health CT, Medicaid, and CIFC Health's Sliding Fee Discount Program, educating clients, and maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr
